Rio Paralympics 2016: Ankur Dhama Bows Out Despite Finishing 2nd In Heats

India's Ankur Dhama bowed out of the primary round of the men's 1500 m event despite completing 2nd in his heat on the Paralympic games at Rio de Janeiro on Sunday.

Deniz Semih of Turkey clocked a time of 4:11.75 to increase from heat 1.
Dhama clocked a time of (4:37:61) in heat 1, a few seconds ahead of Raxon Oscar (4:57:22) of Guatemala. However his timing was not adequate to ensure a spot in the semi-finals.
